The system atomizes water through high-pressure nozzles (operating at 500 PSI) to add precise amounts of humidity directly into the kiln chamber. It controls moisture levels throughout the drying cycle to prevent over-drying. At the end of the cycle, it reintroduces moisture to the wood surface for conditioning — reducing stress and improving the quality of the final product.
Each system serves 2 kilns, with 5–10 nozzles per kiln bay, depending on the setup.
The system requires 480V three-phase, 60 Hz, with a dedicated 15A circuit.
The High Pressure Spray System is designed for Nyle's larger commercial kilns and is not compatible with the L-Series units.
The L-Series has its own separate, dedicated spray system package designed specifically for those smaller dehumidification kilns.
